Key Responsibilities
1. Café Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office café/food court
- Coordinate with catering vendors for menu planning, food quality, and service standards
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor food quality, portion control, pricing, and customer satisfaction
- Manage vendor performance, SLAs, and regular audits
2. Employee Experience
- Drive initiatives to enhance overall employee workplace experience
- Plan and execute engagement activities (festivals, events, wellness programs)
- Act as a point of contact for employee feedback related to café and facility services
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience related to workplace amenities
- Continuously improve service offerings based on employee feedback
3. Pantry Management
- Oversee pantry operations including beverages, snacks, and consumables
- Ensure availability and replenishment of pantry supplies
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in pantry areas
- Monitor consumption trends and optimize costs
- Supervise pantry staff and ensure service efficiency
4. Soft Services Management
- Manage housekeeping services across office premises
- Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained in all areas (workstations, washrooms, meeting rooms)
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of soft services
- Coordinate with vendors for manpower planning and performance improvement
- Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene protocols
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with multiple vendors (catering, housekeeping, pantry suppliers)
- Track vendor KPIs and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Admin, Employees)
- Handle escalations and resolve service-related issues promptly
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain reports on consumption, expenses, and service quality
- Ensure budget adherence for café, pantry, and soft services
- Conduct audits and ensure statutory and company compliance
- Prepare MIS reports and present insights to management
