Train team members on SOPs, customer service, food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards.

Conduct regular refresher training sessions and skill assessments.

Identify training needs and develop action plans for performance improvement.

Provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring to team members and shift managers.

Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records and reports.

Support the implementation of new products, promotions, and operational initiatives through training.

Team Management

Lead, motivate, and develop store employees.

Prepare staff rosters and manage manpower planning.

Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.

Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.
