Job Description – Exam Lab Invigilator (TCS iON Examinations)About the JobWe are hiring Exam Lab Invigilators for TCS iON Examinations to ensure the fair, secure, and smooth conduct of online examinations by following standard operating procedures and maintaining professional standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReport to the examination venue at least 3 hours before the exam starts.
• Verify candidates' identity using Aadhaar/valid ID proof and admit cards.
• Conduct biometric verification of candidates before the examination.
• Ensure proper exam hall/lab setup before candidates arrive.
• Guide candidates regarding examination rules and procedures.
• Distribute and collect rough sheets as per guidelines.
• Monitor candidates throughout the examination to prevent malpractice or unfair practices.
• Handle candidate queries related to exam procedures.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a secure examination environment.
• Assist with candidate entry, seating arrangements, and exit procedures.
• Report any incidents, technical issues, or violations immediately to the Exam Supervisor.
• Complete post-examination formalities and submit required reports.
• RequirementsGraduate from a recognized university/board.
• Age: 21 years or above.
• Teaching, banking, or any graduate background preferred.
• Must complete the required training and certification.
• Professional behaviour with good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and alertness.
• Comfortable traveling within the city based on exam center requirements.
• Must be available to work between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, depending on assigned shifts.
• Background verification is mandatory.
