Role Overview

The Advisor is responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business, increasing client engagement and driving revenue through appropriate financial products and services. The Advisor will work closely with the Business Associate (BA), Team Leader and internal teams to achieve business and productivity objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate new client accounts and ensure account activation.
• Understand client requirements, financial objectives and risk profiles.
• Generate business through Equity and other applicable financial products.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, MTF and other approved products.
• Conduct regular client calls, meetings and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with BA, Team Leader, Relationship Managers and internal support teams.
• Continuously improve product knowledge, market awareness and sales skills.
• Achieve assigned business, account acquisition and productivity targets.

Basic Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial products.
• Sales and relationship-management skills.
• Strong follow-up and client-handling ability.
• NISM certification.
