Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Design and execute daily lesson plans that meet state or board educational standards.
- Literature Analysis: Guide students in reading, analyzing, and interpreting classic and contemporary novels, poetry, and drama.
- Writing & Grammar: Teach advanced writing techniques, sentence structure, editing, and vocabulary.
- Assessments: Grade essays, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback to improve student performance.
- Student Mentorship: Act as an advisor or mentor, addressing students' academic struggles and helping them build confidence.
- Parent-Teacher Communication: Conduct regular meetings to update parents or guardians on student progress and behavior.
