• Job Responsibilities Handling customer queries through email and chat support
• Providing timely and accurate resolutions
• Maintaining professional communication with customers
• Updating customer interaction details in the system
• Escalating unresolved issues to the concerned team
• Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in customer support or chat process
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
• Customer-focused attitude
