Electrical Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and technical issues.
• Repair or replace defective components and ensure proper functioning.
• Respond to service calls and customer complaints promptly.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical support and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Provide training and operational guidance to customers when required.
