E-Invoicing Associate

Generate, validate, and process electronic invoices (e-invoices) in compliance with applicable tax regulations (e.g., GST, VAT).

Upload invoices to government portals or e-invoicing systems and ensure successful IRN (Invoice Reference Number) generation.

Verify invoice data such as customer details, tax rates, HSN/SAC codes, and amounts.

Monitor invoice status and resolve errors or rejections promptly.

Maintain accurate records of all e-invoices and related documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams (finance, sales, operations) for invoice-related queries.
