1. Upload and manage products on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and stock availability.

2. Update product details regularly and process online orders while coordinating with the dispatch and logistics teams for timely delivery.

3. Handle basic customer queries related to orders and provide necessary support for order-related issues.

4. Monitor daily sales and inventory reports to ensure proper stock management and smooth operations.

5. Support the implementation of promotional offers and campaigns across various e-commerce platforms to enhance sales performance.
