Documentation Executive

We are hiring a Solar Documentation Executive with experience in handling government solar scheme documentation, DISCOM approvals, and customer loan processing. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of documentation for rooftop solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle documentation for PM Surya Ghar Yojana (PMSUY)

Manage TGSPDCL processes (pre & post-installation approvals, net metering, commissioning)

Coordinate with customers for document collection and application submission

Process and manage solar loan applications with banks/NBFCs

Track application status and ensure timely approvals

Maintain proper documentation records and compliance

Required Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year experience in solar EPC documentation

Hands-on experience with PMSUY / subsidy processes

Familiar with TGSPDCL / DISCOM procedures

Experience in loan processing preferred

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
