Direct Sales Agent

Job Summary:

The Field Executive will be responsible for sourcing home loan customers, managing field-level activities, and supporting the loan process from lead generation to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)

Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers

Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements

Collect and verify customer documents

Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal)

Maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and channel partners

Achieve monthly sales targets

Update daily activity and sales reports

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and negotiation ability

Basic understanding of financial products

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Willingness to travel within the assigned area
