Digital Marketing Team Lead

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Lead who can able to manage Team of 20-30

Must have previous Team lead Experience in SEO/SEM/YouTube-SEO/Content Writing/Ad Campaigning skills

Execution of work flow processes and carrying out performance reviews allocated team

Allocating tasks to staff and make sure work is completed on time and target oriented

Ensuring the performance of the staff is high standards with follow healthcare parameters

Discussing and resolving problems and Motivate employees to maximize execution output intime

SEO: Oversee on-page optimisation, technical SEO (site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonicalization), off-page and link acquisition, keyword research, content-gap analysis, internal linking strategy, and recovery planning after algorithm updates.

SEM/Paid Search: Oversee campaign structure, keyword and audience targeting, ad copy testing, bid and budget management, landing page relevance, Quality Score improvement, and cost-per-acquisition optimisation within approved budgets.

YouTube SEO: Oversee channel and video optimisation — titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, chapters, playlists, closed captions and end screens — and drive improvements in impressions, click-through rate, watch time and subscriber growth.

Content Writing: Oversee the editorial pipeline from brief to publication — topic selection, search intent mapping, writing quality, factual accuracy, originality, plagiarism checks, editing standards, publication scheduling and content refresh cycles.

Ad Campaign: Advertising campaign management is the systematic process of planning, executing, tracking, and optimizing promotional efforts across multiple channels to achieve specific business goals.

Act as the senior technical escalation point for the team; you should be able to audit a page, review a campaign or assess a content brief yourself rather than only relaying issues upward.

Make daily reports and dash boards and update it to the Digital Marketing Head / Management.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Candidate should have graduate with 6-10 years of experience as Digital Marketing Team Lead

Oversee team operations, provide supervision, support the team and delegate with department.

Good understanding of Team management, while handling digital marketing Teams or Individuals

Understand organisation standards, procedures and help ensure that quality standards consistently

Excellent presentation and communication skills into the Telugu, English & Hindi languages.

Preferable Healthcare/Hospital with Team Lead exposure candidate can apply for this position.
