Roles & Responsibilities – Digital Marketing Specialist 

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation·        

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for gated community projects, villa projects, and open plot ventures.

·        Generate and source high-quality leads from multiple online portals and platforms.

·        Coordinate with external platforms, advertising channels, and partners to expand lead flow.

·        Segment, categorize, and distribute leads efficiently to the sales team through CRM Tranquil.

 2. Website Development & Management·        Oversee website development, content updates, landing page optimization, and feature enhancements.

·        Maintain updated project information, offers, images, and videos on the website.

 3. CRM Tranquil Management·        Update, monitor, and manage all project details, lead information, and sales activities in CRM Tranquil.

·        Ensure accurate lead assignment, follow-up tracking, and timely data entry.

·        Generate CRM-based insights for sales and marketing teams.

 4. Social Media & Online Branding·        Create, schedule, and publish engaging content related to project milestones, achievements, site updates, and festive offers.

·        Manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

·        Collaborate with influencers or run influencer-based marketing campaigns when required.

   5. Creative Content, Video Editing & Design·        Edit and produce promotional videos showcasing project progress, features, and client testimonials.

·        Design marketing posters, banners, and digital creatives for regular promotions, festive discounts, and branding activities.

 6. Sales Coordination·        Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality, follow-up status, and conversion progress.

·        Conduct daily coordination meetings to evaluate the performance of leads and campaigns.

·        Provide the sales team with updated lead lists and project insights.

7. Reporting & Analytics·        Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports covering leads, campaign performance, and CRM updates.

·        Track and evaluate marketing expenditure across portals and prepare weekly budget analysis & ROI reports.

·        Analyze lead performance from different sources to optimize marketing strategies.

8. Campaign Planning & Strategy·        Plan and execute online campaigns tailored to different projects.

·        Implement data-driven digital marketing plans to maximize reach and conversions.

·        Recommend new strategies and improvements for marketing efficiency.
