Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage and execute digital marketing activities to generate quality leads and improve our online presence.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, lead generation, content creation, and campaign performance analysis, preferably in the real-estate industry.

• Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads for real-estate lead generation.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns and monitor performance.
• Generate quality leads and work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Coordinate with designers/video editors for creatives, reels, videos and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, leads, conversions and overall ROI.
• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Conduct competitor research and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Manage the company's social media pages and maintain consistent brand communication.
• Use analytics and campaign data to continuously improve marketing performance.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good knowledge of lead generation and performance marketing.
• Understanding of SEO, social media marketing and Google Analytics.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet lead-generation targets.
• Real-estate digital marketing experience will be an advantage.
