Ltd. is a fast-growing FinTech and Forex Technology company building CRM, Copy Trading, PAMM/MAM, IB Management, Broker Onboarding, and Trading Technology solutions under the First4X brand. We work with global forex brokers, introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and trading communities across multiple countries.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage social media, paid advertising campaigns, and lead generation activities.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, YouTube, etc.).
• Design and schedule regular posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor ad performance, CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and generate campaign reports.
• Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives, banners, and videos.
• Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns when required.
• Support SEO and website content updates for First4X products and services.
• Analyze social media insights and prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising policies.
• Mandatory SkillsMinimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Paid Campaigns).
• Experience in Google Ads campaign creation and optimization.
• Knowledge of social media posting, scheduling, and content planning.
• Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, pixel/events, and conversion tracking.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools.
• Ability to generate leads through paid campaigns.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in Forex, FinTech, Crypto, or Trading industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads.
• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) are a plus.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1–3 Years
• Qualification: Any Graduate (Marketing, BBA, MBA, or relevant field preferred).
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
