Job OverviewWe're looking for a results-driven Google Ads Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in generating high-quality real estate leads. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CPL.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.
• Generate quality leads for real estate projects.
• Manage campaign budgets and improve ROAS.
• Set up and maintain Conversion Tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics.
• Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Continuously reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) while increasing lead quality.
