Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive (Apparel & Textile)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns for apparel and textile products across multiple online platforms.

- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Performance Max.

- Manage and maintain the brand's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.

- Handle all customer enquiries received through Meta, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, website, and other digital channels, ensuring timely responses and lead allocation.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up and conversion of marketing-generated enquiries.

- Monitor daily campaign performance, ad spend, lead quality, and return on investment (ROI), and prepare performance reports.

- Work closely with the content, design, and photography teams to create engaging creatives, reels, videos, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

- Develop and execute seasonal, festive, and product-specific marketing campaigns for apparel and textile collections.

- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing communications.

- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, fashion industry insights, and competitor activities to improve campaign effectiveness.

- Suggest and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, customer engagement, and sales.

Required Skills

- Experience in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Business Profile.

- Strong understanding of Instagram marketing, content planning, and social media management.

- Knowledge of lead generation, campaign optimization, and digital marketing analytics.

- Ability to manage enquiries, coordinate with sales teams, and improve lead conversion.

- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
