Job Title: VKYC Executive (mPokket Process)

We are hiring for the mPokket VKYC Process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) verification calls with customers.
• Interact professionally with customers during the verification process.
• Verify customer identity and documents through video calls.
• Ensure all KYC guidelines and compliance requirements are followed.
• Accurately update customer information and verification status in the system.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and resolve basic customer queries during the verification process.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on systems.
• Strong attention to detail and document verification skills.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Prior experience in customer service, KYC, or verification processes will be an added advantage.
