### Roles & Responsibilities

* Recruit and develop insurance advisors/agents

* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

* Generate business through team and personal sales

* Build strong customer relationships

* Provide training and support to advisors

* Ensure monthly business and revenue targets are achieved

* Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and team members

### Candidate Requirements

* Any Graduate preferred

* Experience in sales, insurance, banking, or marketing is an advantage

* Good communication and leadership skills

* Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates preferred
