Depot Clerk

Depot clerk for a PVC Pipes manufacturing co at Hyderabad.

Qualification; B.COM

Age: Maximum up to 30 Years

Salary: Minimum 25 K PM to maximum 35 K PM

A Depot Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and stock-related activities at a depot, warehouse, or distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Prepare delivery notes, goods receipts, invoices, and stock documents.
• Update stock registers and inventory records.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of materials.
• Verify quantities and condition of goods received and dispatched.
• Maintain proper filing of depot documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, suppliers, and the accounts team.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist with periodic physical stock verification.
• Ensure the depot is kept organized and records are updated regularly.

Required Skills:

Must have experience in Tally

• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and Word.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory/warehouse processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
