We are looking for a highly responsible, energetic, and detail-oriented Delivery Executive & Operations Assistant who can manage deliveries, coordinate with vendors, assist in production handling, and support day-to-day backend operations.



Position Overview

The Delivery Executive & Operations Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of corporate gifting orders from production to delivery. This role involves field work, vendor coordination, packing supervision, stock handling, quality checks, client sample pickups/drop-offs, and assisting with office operational tasks.

The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, punctual, physically active, and comfortable handling both office and outdoor responsibilities.



Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery & Logistics Management

  • Deliver corporate gifting orders, samples, and materials safely and on time to clients, vendors, printers, warehouses, and courier partners.
  • Pick up products, samples, raw materials, packaging items, and printed merchandise from various vendors.
  • Coordinate daily delivery schedules with the operations team.
  • Ensure proper handling and transportation of fragile or premium products.
  • Maintain delivery records, invoices, acknowledgment slips, and payment receipts where applicable.
  • Assist in arranging courier dispatches and tracking shipments.
  • Verify delivery items against invoices or dispatch lists before transportation.
  • Ensure timely return of signed delivery acknowledgments.



2. Vendor Coordination & Sample Handling

  • Visit vendors for sample collection, production follow-ups, and quality verification.
  • Coordinate with printers, packaging suppliers, gift manufacturers, and branding vendors.
  • Carry product samples to client meetings when required.
  • Collect approved samples from vendors and deliver them to clients or office.
  • Follow up with vendors regarding production timelines and dispatch commitments.
  • Assist the team in sourcing products from local markets and suppliers.



3. Packing & Dispatch Operations

  • Assist in packing corporate gift hampers, kits, and customized merchandise.
  • Ensure products are packed neatly, safely, and according to brand standards.
  • Count products accurately before packing and dispatch.
  • Verify quantities against order sheets and dispatch manifests.
  • Label boxes, organize shipments, and prepare dispatch materials.
  • Help in barcode sticking, tagging, sorting, and inventory arrangement.
  • Support bulk order packaging during festive seasons and high-volume projects.



4. Printing & Production Coordination

  • Coordinate with printing vendors for branding and customization work.
  • Ensure items are sent for printing/engraving/embroidery on time.
  • Cross-check printed logos, designs, spellings, and customization accuracy.
  • Track printing status and update the operations team regularly.
  • Assist in quality control checks before final dispatch.
  • Handle movement of products between vendors and office during production stages.



5. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Maintain proper count of incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Assist in stock audits and warehouse organization.
  • Record product quantities and update stock movement logs.
  • Help identify damaged or defective products.
  • Ensure proper storage and arrangement of gifting materials and packaging supplies.



6. Office Operations Support

  • Assist the operations and admin team with day-to-day backend activities.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of packing/storage areas.
  • Support documentation and filing related to deliveries and inventory.
  • Run office-related errands when required.
  • Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and vendor teams for smooth execution.



Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum: 10th / Intermediate / Any Graduate
  • Relevant operational or logistics experience preferred.



Experience

  • 1–3 years experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse operations, or office support preferred.
  • Freshers with good attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

  • Basic English/Hindi/Telugu communication preferred.

  • Combination of office work and field work.
  • May involve carrying boxes, samples, and materials.
  • Fast-paced environment during festive and bulk gifting seasons.
