Job Description

  • Maintaining Excel databases and trackers.
  • Using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and charts.
  • Analyzing data and identifying discrepancies or trends.
  • Enter and update data in Excel, software, or databases.
  • Check data accuracy and correct errors.
  • Maintain records and files.
  • Prepare basic data reports.
  • Maintaining ledger accounts and updating transactions regularly.
  • Creating and maintaining customer and vendor ledgers.
  • Preparing invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
  • Recording cash and bank transactions
