Job Description
Job Description: Customer Support Executive (BPO)
Key Responsibilities*
* Inbound/Outbound Support: Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally over calls or chat.
* Issue Resolution: Provide accurate solutions and information to customers to ensure high satisfaction.
* Data Entry: Log and update customer interaction details and feedback in the database/CRM system
Job Details & Timings*
* Work Timings:* 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
* Working Days: Saturday and Sunday are *mandatory working days.
* Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off (between Monday and Friday).
* Salary Structure:* ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 fixed monthly + ₹5,000 incentives.
Requirements*
* Minimum education: Intermediate (12th pass) or Graduate.
* Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with typing.
* Patient, customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle pressure.
