Job Description
Job Description: Customer Support Executive – Telugu Voice ProcessLocation: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month
Working hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (day shift)
Weekly off: One day per week
Minimum qualification: 10th pass
Process: Domestic voice process
Language required: Telugu
- Roles and responsibilitiesHandle customer calls in Telugu and respond to queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly or escalate them to the appropriate team.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet service quality targets while providing a positive customer experience.
- RequirementsFluency in spoken Telugu.
- Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- A patient and professional approach to customer support.
