Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Support

● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to vehicle service, breakdown assistance, battery issues, and general support queries.

● Provide timely and professional responses to customer concerns.

● Ensure smooth resolution of customer complaints and service requests.

2. Breakdown & Service Coordination

● Coordinate with technicians and operations teams for vehicle breakdown support and service requests.

● Track service status and update customers regularly.

● Ensure quick turnaround time for issue resolution.

3. Battery & Vehicle Support

● Guide customers regarding battery swapping, charging, and vehicle usage.

● Assist customers in resolving minor operational issues over calls.

● Escalate technical issues to the concerned service team when required.

4. CRM & Reporting

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.

● Prepare daily reports on service requests and customer feedback.

5. Customer Satisfaction

● Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely support.

● Follow up with customers after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

● 1–3 years of experience in customer support, service coordination, or call center roles.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

● Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.

● Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

● Experience in EV, automobile, logistics, or rental industry is an added advantage.

● Multilingual communication skills preferred (English, Hindi, Telugu).
