Customer Support Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities·       Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

·       Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

·       Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

·       Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and follow up until resolution.

·       Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

·       Educate customers about products, services, and best practices.

·       Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.

·       Prepare daily and weekly customer support reports.

·       Ensure adherence to company policies and service quality standards.

Required Skills·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

·       Customer-centric attitude with good interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

·       Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·       Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.

Qualifications·       Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

·       0–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, Telugu are mandatory.
