Job Description

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM or support systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, productivity, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
