Handle all inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication platforms.

Ensure timely and effective communication with customers at every touchpoint.

Maintain accurate customer records and perform data management tasks.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Provide prompt, polite, and solution-oriented customer support.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Good computer skills and typing speed.

Strong knowledge of data management and maintaining records.

Quick learner with good organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
