1. Domestic Banking Voice Process (Customer Support Associate)

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Inside Sales
• Languages: English + Hindi / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada
• Domain: Banking
• Shift: Rotational Day Shifts (9 AM–8 PM)
• Working Days: 6 Days + 1 Rotational Week Off
• Immediate Joiners Preferred

2. Domestic Voice Process – Banking Customer Support

• Openings: 15+
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Languages:
• Hindi + English
• Telugu + English
• Tamil + English
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 Take Home
• Shift: 9 Hours (Including Break)
• Working Days: 6 Days + 1 Rotational Week Off

3. Domestic Voice Process – Banking Domain

• Qualification: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Languages:
• English + Hindi
• English + Kannada
• English + Marathi
• English + Oriya
• English + Bengali
• Female Shift: Between 7 AM – 3 PM window
• Male Shift: Rotational 24/7 (Including Night Shifts)
• Working Days: 6 Days + 1 Rotational Week Off

4. Domestic Banking Voice Process – Chennai

• Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai
• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Languages:
• Malayalam + English
• Kannada + English
• Shift: Complete Day Shift
• Working Days: 6 Days + 1 Rotational Week Off

5. Domestic Non-Voice Process (Web Chat – Telecom Domain)

• Qualification: Any Degree (UG/PG)
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year BPO Experience (Mandatory)
• Role: Customer Support – Chat Process
• Shift: Rotational (7 AM – 12 AM Window)
• Working Days: 6 Days + 1 Rotational Week Off

Required Skills:

• Good written and verbal English communication
• Chat/Email support experience
• Typing skills
• Email drafting skills
• Basic telecom process knowledge
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
