Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to support patients through our hospital call center. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, addressing patient inquiries, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment booking, rescheduling, and patient support.
• Assist patients with hospital services, doctor availability, billing, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure timely resolution of patient requests and maintain accurate call records.

Requirements

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in a customer support or hospital call center.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu (mandatory).
• Good computer knowledge, typing skills, and the ability to handle patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using CRM or Hospital Management Systems (HMS).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Note

• Female employees will not be assigned night shifts.
• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu is mandatory.
• 6-day working week with rotational weekly offs.
