• Job Responsibilities Handle customer interactions through calls.
• Assist customers regarding branding updates and service-related queries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and system updates.
• Candidates are required to achieve minimum lead conversion targets.
• Need to achieve minimum 60% lead conversion performance as per process requirements.
• Per day, 90 to 100 connected calls need to be handled.
• Candidates must maintain 95% call quality standards.
• Required Skills Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Laptop is mandatory.
• Language Requirement Telugu +Hindi+ English or Hindi + English or Kannada +Hindi+ English

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand
• PF & ESI Applicable
• Training salary will be paid once the candidate is certified.
• Working Details6 Days Working
• Sunday Fixed Off
• Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Training Duration: 7 to 10 Days
