Job Title: US Tax Associate – Fresher

Job Overview:

Secure Tax Filers is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our US Taxation team. Candidates will receive comprehensive training on US tax preparation, documentation, and client communication. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing US individual federal income tax returns (Form 1040).
• Collect, review, and organize client tax documents such as W-2, 1099, and other supporting documents.
• Understand US tax filing statuses, deductions, and tax credits.
• Communicate with US clients through inbound and outbound calls.
• Follow up with clients to collect missing information and pending documents.
• Assist in identifying eligible tax deductions and credits.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
• Follow company procedures and applicable IRS guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Any degree pursuing candidates and graduates are eligible.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
• Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
• Interest in learning US taxation.
