## About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding customer requirements, explaining available properties/services, and converting leads into successful sales.

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries.

* Understand customer requirements such as location, budget, and property preference.

* Explain property details and guide customers through the buying/auction process.

* Follow up with interested customers regularly.

* Coordinate site visits and customer meetings.

* Maintain proper lead and follow-up records.

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

## Candidate Requirements

* Hindi, Telugu and English communication is mandatory.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

* Previous sales experience in real estate, banking, finance, or related industries will be an advantage.

## Salary

* Freshers: ₹25,000 to 50000 per month

* Experienced Candidates: Salary based on last drawn salary and experience
