Customer Service Associate – Gaming Zone

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Explain games, offers, packages, and membership benefits to guests.

• Help customers with game cards, recharges, and redemption processes.

• Ensure all gaming equipment and attractions are clean and ready for use.

• Monitor gaming areas and maintain safety standards.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions.

• Support guests in operating games and attractions when required.

• Manage prize redemption counters and maintain stock records.

• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

• Maintain daily sales records and operational reports.

• Coordinate with the technical team regarding game malfunctions.

• Promote ongoing offers and encourage repeat visits.

• Maintain cleanliness and positive ambiance throughout the gaming zone.

• Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.
