Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Kannada and English.
- Understand client financial situations and explain Legal Savvy’s services.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients through consultative selling.
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions professionally.
- Sales, telecalling, customer support, banking, insurance, or financial services experience preferred.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
- Preferred CandidatesExperience in loan settlement, debt management, banking, financial services, insurance, legal services, or BPO sales.
- Proven track record in tele-sales or customer acquisition.
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions.
