Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Kannada and English.
  • Understand client financial situations and explain Legal Savvy’s services.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients through consultative selling.
  • Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
  • Follow up regularly with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with legal and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions professionally.
  • Sales, telecalling, customer support, banking, insurance, or financial services experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Preferred CandidatesExperience in loan settlement, debt management, banking, financial services, insurance, legal services, or BPO sales.
  • Proven track record in tele-sales or customer acquisition.
  • Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions.
