Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve as the primary point of contact for customers after booking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing payment follow-ups, coordinating site visits, sharing project updates, assisting with documentation, and resolving customer concerns.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a customer-first mindset. The selected candidate will work closely with the Sales, Finance, Legal, Registration, and Construction teams to ensure customers remain informed, engaged, and satisfied throughout their journey with Akreya By Akshita.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
• Act as the single point of contact for customers after booking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with villa buyers.
• Ensure customers feel connected and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain regular communication through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
Payment Collections & Follow-Ups
• Monitor customer payment schedules and upcoming due dates.
• Coordinate timely payment reminders and collection follow-ups.
• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure collection targets are achieved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer payment status and communications.
Project Updates & Customer Communication
• Share regular construction progress updates and milestone achievements.
• Communicate project timelines, approvals, registrations, and possession schedules.
• Provide proactive updates to enhance customer confidence and trust.
Site Visit Coordination
• Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
• Arrange meetings with project teams whenever required.
• Ensure a professional and seamless site visit experience for customers.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
• Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns.
• Coordinate internally with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Track customer requests and ensure timely closure.
Documentation & Registration Support
• Assist customers with agreements, documentation, registrations, and handover formalities.
• Coordinate with legal and registration teams to ensure a smooth process.
• Support customers with home loan documentation and bank coordination whenever required.
Customer Engagement & Referrals
• Drive customer satisfaction and positive customer experiences.
• Encourage customer referrals and repeat investments.
• Participate in customer engagement initiatives, events, and feedback programs.
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success, Banking Relationship Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu. Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and coordinate effectively across departments.
