Position: Service Relationship Manager (Female)

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad – Near Metro Station

Work Mode: Full-Time, Work from Office

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives

Age: 25–40 years

Role

We are looking for a married, mature, soft-spoken and empathetic female professional to manage our clients and parents throughout the matchmaking process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client queries, concerns and complaints.

- Understand family expectations and requirements.

- Identify and share suitable profiles with both bride and groom families.

- Coordinate between clients and families.

- Act as a troubleshooter and problem-solver for parents.

- Follow up on profiles, interests and responses.

- Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

- Present profiles professionally and encourage meaningful interactions.

- Maintain client updates in CRM and coordinate with the internal team.

Candidate Requirements

- Female, 25–40 years, must be married.

- Hindu candidate.

- Residing in Hyderabad.

- Fluent in Telugu & English.

- Soft-spoken, patient, empathetic and emotionally mature.

- Good communication, presentation and convincing skills.

- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

- Comfortable working full-time from office.

- Having children is an added advantage.

- Matrimony/CRM/Client Servicing experience is preferred.
