Support & Onboarding)

Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with experience in customer onboarding to ensure seamless onboarding, provide excellent customer support, resolve customer queries, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities·    

   Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and tickets.

·       Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption.

·       Conduct product demonstrations and training.

·       Coordinate with implementation, technical, and sales teams.

·       Track issues and ensure timely resolution.

·       Maintain CRM records and onboarding documentation.

·       Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

·       Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.

Qualifications·       Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

·       1–3 years of experience in Customer Support/Success/Onboarding.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, Telugu are mandatory.

Required Skills·       Excellent communication skills.

·       Customer-centric approach.

·       CRM/ticketing tool experience.

·       MS Office proficiency.

·       Problem-solving and teamwork.

Kritsnam Technologies – Role Specific·       Support onboarding of IoT water monitoring solutions.

·       Assist customers with dashboards and platform usage.

·       Work with technical teams for successful implementation.
