Job Description
Lead and manage a team of customer care executives to deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure KPIs are met. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
