Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from patients or attendants in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Assist customers with doctor appointment bookings, rescheduling, and queries.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and departments.
- Record and update patient information accurately in the system.
- Handle and resolve patient queries or escalate to the concerned team when required.
- Ensure high-quality service and maintain patient satisfaction during every interaction.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain call logs.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: Any Graduate / Intermediate
- Experience: 0–3 year (Freshers encouraged to apply)
- Language: Hindi, English & Telugu or Bengali (ANY THREE LANGUAGES)
Skills:
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Empathetic and patient while handling healthcare-related calls
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM entry)
