Sales Team Participation: Work with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

2. In-Person Consultation: Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with management to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data and customer feedback, preparing regular reports to identify improvement opportunities.

6. Customer Query Resolution: Address escalated customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

7. Market Research & Collaboration: Stay informed on market trends and work with cross-functional teams to foster business growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations, preferably in the e-commerce or D2C sector.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels, organise information, and multitask.
• Experience in coordinating with sales and production teams and handling order processing.
• A strong work ethic and bandwidth for dealing with multiple tasks calmly.
• Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Queries:

• Attend to customer queries on Zoko/Chatra/IVR.
