Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Customer Support Executive with a background in the healthcare/lifesciences sector to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions (voice/blended) to resolve customer queries regarding healthcare services, products, or bookings.
• Listen actively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems patiently, and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in the CRM database.
• Adhere strictly to healthcare communication guidelines and company privacy protocols.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
