Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to coordinate with clients and internal teams across SRR Solutions and its brands.

The role involves understanding client and project requirements, coordinating with the relevant teams, following up on ongoing work, and ensuring smooth communication and timely updates throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Understand project requirements and keep track of progress.
• Follow up with teams on pending work and updates.
• Follow up with clients and teams on proposals and ongoing work.
• Schedule client meetings and discussions.
• Keep clients updated on project progress.
• Maintain project and customer records.
• Update CRM, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Track pending tasks, timelines and deadlines.
• Share regular updates with the concerned teams.
• Identify delays or issues and bring them to the attention of the concerned team.

• Comfortable communicating with clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.

• Experience in interiors, architecture, construction or related fields.
• Experience in customer or project coordination.
• Exposure to digital, AI or technology services.
