Customer Care Executive / Telecaller

We're growing our Business Development team and looking for energetic professionals who love connecting with people and turning conversations into opportunities.

Reaching out to Interested / Registered leads

Academic Counselor / Education Sales Executive

Location: Punjagutta, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Academic Counselors / Education Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves interacting with parents and students, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them toward suitable learning and upskilling solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking with prospective customers over the phone, and have a passion for education and career development.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to parents and students across various educational segments, from KG to PG.

* All calling activities will be conducted through the organization’s IVR-enabled CRM platform.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.

* Counsel prospective learners regarding language learning programs, including English communication and foreign language courses.

* Guide nursing professionals regarding career-focused upskilling and training programs.

* Follow up with prospective students and parents to drive enrollments.

* Maintain accurate lead records, call logs, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

* Prior experience in Telecalling, Academic Counseling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Education Sales, or Lead Generation will be an added advantage.

* Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred.

Required Skills

* Excellent verbal communication skills.

* Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu.

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Target-oriented mindset.

* Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into enrollments.

* Comfortable working with CRM and IVR-based calling systems.

Compensation & Benefits

* Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
