- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing and developing custom connectors and workflows within identity management platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools to streamline identity management processes.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
