- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable software solutions within cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API management in cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in agile development settings and collaborate with diverse teams.
