Summary:
As a Team Lead in Performance Testing, you will be responsible for managing performance testing activities across multiple projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define non-functional requirements (NFRs), design test strategies, and ensure optimal system performance. Your role includes hands-on scripting, execution, analysis, and mentoring a small team of testers while driving performance excellence across applications and infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME in performance testing and engineering.
Lead and manage performance testing activities across multiple projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define NFRs and performance test requirements.
Design performance test strategies and scenarios including load, stress, soak, and spike testing.
Develop and review performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Execute performance tests and monitor system metrics using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.
Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend performance tuning.
Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and DBAs to resolve performance issues.
Mentor and support a small team of performance testers.
Prepare and present performance test reports to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Strong hands-on experience in performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad.
Proficiency in scripting, execution, and analysis of performance tests.
Knowledge of APM tools and infrastructure monitoring.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices.
Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have 6–9 years of experience in performance testing.
A 15 year full-time education is required.
