Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities1. Training Delivery·      Conduct training sessions on EV sales processes, customer engagement, and product knowledge.

·      Train candidates on sales techniques, consultative selling, lead generation, and conversion strategies.

·      Deliver practical sessions on showroom sales, test-drive handling, and customer presentations.

2. Product Knowledge Training·      Educate trainees on EV technology, vehicle specifications, battery systems, charging infrastructure, and maintenance basics.

·      Explain differences between electric vehicles and internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles.

·      Train learners on government EV policies, incentives, and subsidies.

3. Customer Handling & Sales Skills·      Develop communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

·      Train candidates to identify customer needs and recommend suitable EV products.

·      Build confidence in handling queries related to charging, range anxiety, battery life, and service support.

4. Market & Industry Awareness·      Provide updates on EV market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.

·      Introduce trainees to dealership operations, sales targets, and customer relationship management.

5. Practical & Field Exposure·      Organize mock sales pitches, role plays, and live customer interaction simulations.

·      Coordinate visits to EV dealerships, charging stations, and service centers for practical exposure.

6. Assessment & Performance Evaluation·      Conduct regular assessments, presentations, and practical evaluations.

·      Measure trainee performance in product knowledge, communication, and sales conversion skills.

·      Provide individual feedback and improvement plans.

7. Placement & Industry Connect·      Support trainees in preparing for sales interviews and job placements.

·      Build partnerships with EV dealerships, manufacturers, and mobility companies for employment opportunities.

8. Documentation & Reporting·      Maintain training attendance, progress reports, and assessment records.

·      Submit periodic reports to management and training coordinators.
