Coupa Techno Functional- Assistant Manager

COUPA Techno Functional Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coupa Administration & Support

  • Administer and support Coupa Procurement and Expense modules (Procure-to-Pay lifecycle).
  • Configure and maintain suppliers, catalogs, approval workflows, and business rules in Coupa.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage incidents, and ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Manage user roles, access controls, and security configurations in Coupa.
  • Handle periodic upgrades, testing, and release management activities
     
  • Technical Integration & Data Management
  • Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations using middleware / APIs / flat files between Coupa and Oracle systems.
  • Write and optimize Oracle SQL queries for troubleshooting, reporting, and data validation.
  • Perform data reconciliation between Coupa and Oracle EBS systems.
  • Support inbound/outbound integrations, including supplier data, invoices, and purchase orders.
 

Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement

Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
Drive process improvements and automation within Coupa and integrated systems.
Prepare documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
Support audits and compliance requirements related to procurement systems.
 

 

 

 

Educational qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or related field
Coupa Certification is Must
Relevant certifications in Oracle are an added advantage

 

Work experience

7–10+ years of experience in Coupa administration / support
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS
Solid experience in integrations between Coupa and Oracle EBS
Strong working knowledge of Oracle SQL (queries, joins, troubleshooting)
Experience in middleware/integration tools (e.g., REST APIs, flat files, etc.)
