Job Description
1. Handle existing client accounts and manage the team
2. Taking care of escalations from any customers on pending issues
3. Service restoration and issue resolution SLA to be maintained as per the guidelines
4. Need to work closely with the Facility Manager and the residential association to support customer billing and issue resolutions
5. Responsibility to collect the Network and cloud charges from the Project team.
6. Involves travelling to accounts, two wheeler is must .
7. will have responsibility for business development from existing accounts and incentives are applicable for all new business leads.
